BusinessNews Indonesia Gelar Human Capital & Performance Award 2021
BusinessNews Indonesia – Dinilai telah implementasikan anjuran Presiden Jokowi untuk terus menerapkan transformasi Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), BUMD, Swasta Nasional di tengah pandemi Covid-19, sebanyak 28 BUMN, 1 BUMD, dan 1 Swasta ini mendapatkan penghargaan diajang Penganugerahan bergengsi Human Capital & Performance Award 2021 yang diadakan oleh Majalah BusinessNews Indonesia bekerjasama dengan Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI), Indonesian Institute For Corporate Directorship (IICD), Indonesian Institute for Public Governance (IIPG), Human Capital Institute – USA, Universitas Indonesia (UI), dan Universitas Bina Nusantara (BINUS).
Pada sebelumnya, BusinessNews Indonesia sudah pernah mengadakan Corporate Rating (Award) IHCS (Indonesia Human Capital) dari tahun 2015, 2016, 2017 serta tahun 2020, ini merupakan penyempurnaan dari IHCS Award. Acara Awarding bergengsi yang mengangkat tema “Accelerating Corporate Value Through Human Capital for The Next Normal’’ ini bertempat di Hotel Mulia Jakarta, pada Rabu (22/12/2021).
Berdasarkan analisis para pakar dan profesional di bidang Human Capital, ICT, Riset & Inovasi yang menjadi Dewan Juri Human Capital & Performance Award 2021 dalam proses penjurian, bahwa perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut dinilai telah mengimplementasikan Human Capital, inovasi dan tranformasi digital dalam melakukan Transformasi Bisnis yang dijalankan perusahaan sehingga dapat bertahan dan memberikan pelayanan yang prima untuk customer di seluruh Indonesia.
Ketua Penyelenggara Human Capital & Performance Award 2021 Irnanda Laksanawan Ph.D, menjelaskan bahwa event ini merupakan kegiatan corporate rating (award) tahunan di bidang Human Capital dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan faktor-faktor penentu kesuksesan human capital di era Pandemi COVID-19, serta mengukur dan menilai kinerja sekaligus keefektivitasan Strategi Human Capital dalam melakukan Transformasi Bisnis yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan.
“Award ini juga bertujuan mendorong prestasi dan kinerja perusahaan BUMN, anak usaha afiliasi, BUMD, Swasta Nasional untuk melakukan transformasi digital dalam pengembangan, pengelolaan, pembelajaran serta inovasi guna menciptakan talenta yang profesional dan berkualitas global, terlebih di masa pandemi”. kata Irnanda.
Beliau juga menjelaskan, bahwa penyelenggaraan Awarding kali ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri, sekaligus membuktikan kepada kita semuanya apakah perseroan-perseroan tersebut tetap survive dalam menjalankan bisnis dan pelayanannya kepada masyarakat atau tidak. Pelayanan yang dimaksud adalah sesuai dengan Visi & Misi Perusahaan, khususnya di saat semua negara di dunia dilanda pandemi Covid-19 yang berdampak pada semua level masyarakat dan lini bisnis.
Ketua Dewan Juri Priyantono Rudito Ph.D menjelaskan, bahwa proses penjurian Human Capital & Performance Award 2021 ini mendapatkan pembelajaran yang sangat berharga (lesson learnt) bagi pengembangan berbagai ekosistem industri di Indonesia dalam mencapai pertumbuhan yang sustainable di era digital. Di antaranya adalah Strategi Human Capital, Inovasi dan Transformasi Digital dan terbentuknya Digital Leadership dalam menghadapi 3 tantangan besar (secure, survive dan sustain) di era Digital dan Pandemi.
Beliau menambahkan, bahwa hal ini dilakukan dengan cara membangun DNA terbarukan (Self Renewable DNA) melalui dua hal yang sulit dilakukan dalam waktu bersamaan, yaitu memastikan terjaganya kinerja core business dan memimpin manajemen perubahan (change management) yang cukup keras dalam program transformasi digital.
“Oleh karena itu penting untuk dijadikan pembelajaran bersama bahwa pembentukan DNA terbarukan tersebut ditempuh dengan melakukan perubahan mendasar dari pendekatan bisnis, yaitu shifting dari current business practice ke next business practice dari waktu ke waktu dalam waktu yang relatif lebih singkat”, tegas Priyantono.
Human Capital & Performance Award 2021 ini diikuti oleh sekitar 400 perusahaan BUMN, BUMD, dan Swasta yang menjadi nominasi. Dewan juri bersama tim penyelanggara telah menyaring, menyeleksi, mengevaluasi kinerja maupun Human Capital and Performancedari perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut. Dan hanya sekitar 40 perusahaan yang memenuhi syarat yang diundang untuk memberikan presentasi maupun wawancaranya. Kemudian sebanyak 30 perusahaan BUMN, BUMD dan Swasta yang terpilih oleh dewan juri sebagai pemenang, sebagaimana terlampir. (Ridwan)
